Still Alive!

Trinity girls! Hey so maybe it took us until England to actually know each other even though we went to a ridiculously small school. But that's okay! We had fun representing all the major cities of Texas to my English friends. ("You live on two acres?! Do you have like horses and stuff?")

I'm going to be lazy and just write captions. Basically Christmas was spent with my friend from work Lorien, her husband, son and extended family. We ate a massive traditional English Christmas meal (more traditional than usual for my benefit) and then sat and watched TV. Then I had my first Boxing Day, which with an extra day off work - can I really complain?

Three days at work and then another long weekend for New Years (as soon as I have pictures from it I'll post them). New Years in York involves a trip down to the Minster at midnight to hear the bells - but other than that it was all time well spent hanging out with friends.

Then this past weekend Kate came over from Cork to see me! It was so amazing to see a familiar face and catch up on Trinity gossip. : ) So enjoy some pics from Kate's visit! And a few from Christmas.
