Sucker for Stupidity

I had my first English movie theatre experience last night. One of my housemates and I decided to take a Monday adventure over to the Vue Theatre to see Borat. As a fan of stupid comedies...I laughed the whole way through. Since the whole social fraternity/sorority thing is pretty bizarre to most people over here - the scene with the frat guys in the motor home was quite amusing to the English audience. Even more amusing to me is the frat guys are suing the British comedian who plays Borat (and Alli G) for duping them into appearing in the film which shows them making comments they otherwise wouldn't have made.

Anyways, the movie theatre itself was an experience. Stadium seating doesn't exist - it's all flat..umm..theatre seating. It was strange and I was glad we went on a Monday so there wasn't anybody for me to peer over.

I'm off to figure out something creative for dinner. I need more inspiration!
